Bronze Package

Day of Services Only with a 5 Hour Minimum

Do you have everything under control but could use some input from an expert?

We will sit down with you and give you tips and feedback on how to make your day just that much more special, which includes vendor referrals and demonstrations.

If you have everything pre-planned, but want someone to care for the event coordination in order that setup is executed correctly as well as the remaining details of the occasion, then this package is for you.

The Bronze Package includes a ONE-time consultation in person prior to the function to be sure of all your wishes have been satisfied and to ensure you can attend your event as a guest and leave the details of event coordination to us. You're in good hands!

Bronze Package Includes

One Consultation in Person prior to the event
Unlimited access via emails and phone calls needed 15 days prior to the event.
Assist in planning of the Event Day Timeline and Reception Program. The timeline will provide vendors and everyone in the Event Party with all the information they will need to know about the reception program.
Handle all Event Day details from the start to the amount of hours you have requested.
Arrive with vendors and oversee vendor set-up for the Event including equipment and tent set-up, Caterer, Bartender, DJ, Florist, Linens and any other Vendor involved for arrival and set up. Arrive on Event Day to be on site for the hours you request to assist and oversee the flawless, stress-free execution of the entire event.
The Day of Booking we schedule a phone appointment anytime you desire to start your planning. We will give you a template to work off of before the event, and you may receive it anytime before the event.

Silver Package

Day of Services and Rehearsal

If you have most of your event planned, but desire event coordination and more pre-planning with an event expert, then this package is for you as it includes EVERYTHING described in the BRONZE Package plus TWO consultations in person prior to your function.

Silver Package Includes All Items in the Bronze Package Plus the Following:

A Total of Two Consultations in Person prior to the event.
Unlimited Access via emails and phone calls needed 30 Days prior to the event.
Meet with you at the Event Location and Reception Venue to see what you have planned for your special day.
Handle all Event Day details from start to finish.
Attend and assist with any rehearsals. This one-hour walk-through will provide the client with all the information about how the event will run visually before event day!
Our hours are usually 3 hours prior to the Event Start time and a total of up to 10 hours for the event day. However, you can use your hours however you wish.

Gold Package

Day of Services, Rehearsal, and Pre-Planning Package

If you have some items planned but need some extra help in event coordination and desire an event expert to take care of seeing that the event is setup beautifully and all details of the day will run smoothly, then this package is for you.

The Gold Package includes EVERYTHING outlined in the SILVER and BRONZE Package plus THREE consultations in person prior to the function to ensure that your dreams will be realized, and you can simply enjoy the day as an honored guest and leave the stress to us.
